LOVE COUNTY, OK – A driver was airlifted after a semi-truck rollover crash on Interstate 35 in Love County on Monday, KTEN reports.
Law enforcement said the truck overturned on its side, pinning the driver inside the cab.
Authorities did not specify if the motorist freed themself from the cab or required aid from fire crews. Regardless, medical personnel airlifted the motorist to a hospital for treatment of injuries.
Officials shut down the area for over 90 minutes to allow fire crews to tend to a grass fire caused by the crash and to remove the truck entirely.
During the closures, the Love County deputies redirected traffic toward U.S. 77 at exit 5.
