1 critically injured in motorcycle-pickup truck crash in SE OKC

SOUTHEAST OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – One person was critically injured in a motorcycle-pickup truck crash in Southeast Oklahoma City on Tuesday.

Koco5 said the collision occurred at the intersection of Southeast 15th Street and Southeast Avenue. Video footage showed moderate damage to the white Ram pickup truck’s driver’s side and a motorcycle blocking the intersection.

Authorities closed the portion of Eastern Avenue to allow crews to clean up debris and restore safe road conditions.

Oklahoma City Police initially said one person died as a result of the motorcycle-pickup truck crash, but later confirmed that an individual actually survived and was left in critical condition.

The cause of the collision is under investigation.
