1 hurt in Yukon entrapment crash involving stolen car

YUKON, OK – Emergency crews responded to a two-vehicle injury crash Tuesday afternoon just west of Oklahoma City, reports KOCO News 5.
The accident occurred around 4:30 p.m. at the intersection of Southwest 44th Street and Czech Hall Road in Yukon. This is west of Will Rogers International Airport.
Police say the driver of a stolen Mustang fled an attempted stop, ultimately crashing into a dump truck. The suspect then became entrapped beneath their vehicle.
After extrication, medics transported the suspect to an area hospital with unknown injuries.
It’s unclear if anyone in the dump truck sustained injuries.
A full investigation is underway.
