1 killed, 1 hurt in crash at E Co Rd 31 and S Co Rd 207

WOODWARD CO., OK – A man died, and a teen was seriously hurt this past weekend in a wrong-way collision in north-central Woodward County, reports News 9.
The accident happened Saturday in the area of East County Road 31 and South County Road 207, which is northeast of Woodward and about 140 miles northwest of Oklahoma City.
Police say that two vehicles collided head-on when both drivers veered into oncoming traffic.
One of the drivers succumbed to his injuries at the scene of the wreck. Authorities identified him as 41-year-old Ryle Geddes.
Medics transported a 14-year-old passenger from Geddes’ vehicle to an area hospital with potentially life-threatening injuries.
The second driver did not require hospitalization.
A full investigation is underway to determine the cause of the crash.
