1 killed, 1 injured in 2-vehicle crash at at OK-11 and CR 880

GRANT CO., OK – A woman died, and a man sustained injuries Sunday in a two-vehicle collision in west-central Grant County, reports Enid News & Eagle.
The accident happened shortly before 10 p.m. at OK-11 and County Road 880, which is just west of Medford and northeast of Salt Plains National Wildlife Refuge.
Police haven’t yet commented on the cause of the collision or the manner in which the two vehicles impacted.
One driver, identified as 26-year-old Alexis Danielle Guthrie, died from her injuries.
The other driver, 38-year-old Richard Clinton Mantz, was hurt in the accident. It’s unclear if he required hospitalization.
Motorists likely encountered delays in the area of the crash while emergency crews worked at the scene.
