1 killed, 1 injured in car, tractor-trailer collision in Ochelta

OCHELTA, OK – A car passenger lost their life and a car driver was injured in a collision involving a tractor-trailer on U.S. 75 North Sunday.

According to News 9, the crash occurred near West 2900, and warranted closures which started after 6:30 a.m. The car passenger died from their injuries at the scene, and EMS crews transported the car driver to a hospital for treatment.

Medics treated the truck driver for their injuries at the scene and did not take them to a hospital.

Authorities are working to determine the exact cause of the crash.
