15-year-old boy drowns in lake in NE OKC

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – A fifteen-year-old boy drowned this morning in a lake in northeast Oklahoma City, according to KFOR.

The accident happened just before 11:45 a.m. in a park at Memorial and Westminster.

The body of the child was pulled from the lake by a team of divers.

Emergency responders attempted to resuscitate the boy for about an hour, but they were not able to save him.
