16-year-old boy’s life claimed in Lone Grove ATV crash involving Jeep

LONE GROVE, OK – A 16-year-old boy was killed in an ATV crash involving a Jeep on Wednesday, KXII said.
The collision occurred after 12 p.m. on Timber Road. The 16-year-old boy, who operated an ATV, was traveling east on Timber Road, when he was rear-ended by another eastbound ATV.
The 16-year-old boy was thrown from his ATV and then hit by a Jeep.
Medical personnel rushed the teenager to a hospital in Ardmore, where he later died. He was a Lone Grove High School Student.
The Jeep driver and the other ATV operator were also teenagers, Oklahoma Highway Patrol confirmed.
