2 seriously hurt in rollover crash off US-177 near Shawnee

POTTAWATOMIE COUNTY, OK — Two people were hospitalized Friday morning after a rollover collision off U.S. Highway 177 near Shawnee, according to KOCO.
The single-vehicle wreck was first reported by KOCO shortly before 8:40 a.m.
It was not immediately clear what led up to the crash, but police confirmed two patients were transported to OU Medical Center with serious injuries.
Authorities believe a third person fled the site of the crash but have not located the missing occupant as of this writing.
No further details have been made available at this time, but an investigation was underway.
