2-vehicle crash at OK-2 and Zenith in Warner kills 21-year-old woman

WARNER, OK – A two-vehicle accident that happened along the highway in Warner killed a woman on Thursday afternoon, reports News on 6.
The incident happened just after 4 p.m. at the intersection of OK-2 and Zenith, which is just west of Warner Elementary.
Police haven’t yet determined what caused the two vehicles to crash. They say the force of the collision threw one of the drivers from her vehicle.
Medics transported 21-year-old Hailey Fairchilds to the hospital, where she died from injuries sustained in the accident.
No other injuries were reported in connection to the collision.
A full investigation is underway.
