3-vehicle crash involving semi on I-35NB near 19th St in Moore injures 1

MOORE, OK – At least one person sustained injuries Wednesday in a three-vehicle crash involving an 18-wheeler along the interstate in Moore, reports KOCO News 5.
The incident happened just after 1 p.m. on the northbound side of I-35 near 19th Street, which is just north of the Shops at Moore and south of Sam’s Club.
Police say the crash involved an SUV, a semi, and a work truck, but the circumstances of the accident remain under investigation.
Video footage taken at the scene indicates that the SUV may have became lodged beneath the rear of the semi, possibly after rear-ending the truck.
Medics transported one person to the hospital with unspecified injuries.
Officials closed two lanes of I-35 northbound in the vicinity of the crash while crews investigated and worked to clear the scene.
The investigation is ongoing.
