4-vehicle crash on US-69 in SW Muskogee kills 4

MUSKOGEE, OK – A multi-vehicle collision along the highway in north-central Muskogee County killed two people Monday afternoon, reports KOCO News 5.
Shortly before 2:30 p.m., emergency crews responded to a major accident on US-69 just south of West Hancock Street in southwest Muskogee. This is about 50 miles southeast of Tulsa.
Police say that an initial northbound crash involving two vehicles pushed one of the cars onto the southbound side of US-69. That vehicle ultimately struck two southbound cars.
Authorities pronounced two people deceased at the scene, identifying them as Eric Guvernator and Mary Guvernator. Both victims were in one of the southbound vehicles at the time of the collision.
A child and at least three other adults went to the hospital with unknown injuries. They were all admitted in stable condition.
