4-year-old dead, driver injured after crash on Indian Nation Tpk

HENRYETTA, OK – A child was killed and a driver was injured in a crash on the Indian Nation Turnpike this afternoon, according to KTUL.

The collision happened at around 2 p.m. near the town of Henryetta, about 15 miles north of Hanna.

A 4-year-old girl died at the scene of the collision. The unidentified driver was taken to the hospital, where they were later released.

Authorities continue to investigate the crash at this time.
