Train collides with car on Indian Meridian Rd in east Jones

OKLAHOMA COUNTY, OK — Emergency crews were called to a crash Tuesday afternoon after a train struck a passenger car in east Jones, according to News9.

The collision took place on Indian Meridian Road, just north of East Britton Road and about two miles east of the city center. It was first reported by News9 at 2:15 p.m.

Officials have not disclosed any information at this time regarding the circumstances behind the wreck or the condition of those involved.
