SEQUOYAH CO., OK – A 58-year-old man died Monday night after a solo crash with ejection along the interstate in southeast Sequoyah County, reports yahoo! news.
The incident happened just after 9:30 p.m. on the eastbound side of I-40 near mile marker 330. This is just west of the Oklahoma state border with Arkansas.

The victim, identified as James West from Durant, died at the scene of the accident.
It is unclear if the second vehicle involved in the crash remained at the scene.
A full investigation is underway.
