1 injured, 1 arrested when bus hits building near W Britton and N Western

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – One person went to the hospital Saturday after a bus crashed into a building in north-central Oklahoma City, reports KFOR News 4.
The incident happened in the afternoon near the intersection of West Britton Road and North Western Avenue, which is west of US-77 in the Britton area.
Police say the crash occurred when a passenger on the bus became upset and attacked the driver, causing the bus to the leave the roadway and hit a local business.
One passenger on the bus sustained non-critical injuries, while no injuries were reported from inside the building.
Officials arrested the passenger who assaulted the bus driver, but they’ve not yet announced charges.
A full investigation is underway.
