Pedestrian crash on OK-3 near Broken Bow kills 18-year-old

MCCURTAIN CO., OK – Police are investigating a fatal pedestrian crash that happened along the highway in central McCurtain County on Tuesday, reports Fox 23 News.
The incident happened around 11:07 a.m. on OK-3 just west of Broken Bow, which is in the southeastern corner of Oklahoma.
Police say that a vehicle struck and killed a woman as she was crossing the highway on foot. Authorities identified the victim as Stormie Lane.
It appears that the driver of the vehicle did remain at the scene to render aid and speak with authorities.
A full investigation is underway.
