Motorcyclist ejected, injured in 2-vehicle crash at E 21st St and S Yale Ave

TULSA, OK – A man went to the hospital Saturday after a vehicle struck his motorcycle at a busy intersection on the east side of Tulsa, reports News on 6.

The accident happened in the area of East 21st Street and South Yale Avenue, which is near Walmart and the Paradise Beach Waterpark.

Police say that a northbound vehicle rear-ended a motorcycle near the intersection. The impact of the collision ejected the motorcyclist, whom medics transported to an area hospital with serious injuries.

The driver of the vehicle did not sustain injuries in the crash and did stop to render aid and speak with police.

Authorities are still determining potential charges for the driver.

A full investigation is underway.
