1 killed, 2 injured in 2-vehicle crash at NE 23rd St and Air Depot Blvd

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – A two-vehicle crash in northeast Oklahoma City killed one person and injured two others Thursday, reports KOCO News 5.
The accident happened late at night at the intersection of Northeast 23rd Street and Air Depot Boulevard, which is just north of Midwest City and Rose State College.
Police say that for unknown reasons, the driver of an eastbound vehicle was ejected after crossing over to the westbound shoulder and crashing into a car that was stopped there. The wrong-way driver died after transport to an area hospital.
Two people from the car that was hit required hospitalization for non-critical injuries.
A full investigation is underway.
