Motorcycle vs. pickup crash at S Choctaw and SE 15th kills 1

CHOCTAW, OK – A two-vehicle accident at a busy intersection on the south side of Choctaw killed one person Friday evening, reports News 9.

The crash happened sometime before 7:15 p.m. at South Choctaw Road and Southeast 15 Street, which is northwest of Indian Meridian Elementary and James Griffith Intermediate.

Police haven’t shared any details about the wreck except to say that it involved a motorcycle and a pickup truck.

Authorities have not yet identified the man that died in the collision.

Drivers faced delays in the area of South Choctaw Road and Southeast 15th Street while emergency teams worked to clear the scene.

A full investigation is underway.
