18-year-old claimed in solo crash on Foothill Rd in Carter Co.

CARTER CO., OK – An 18-year-old woman died Saturday in a single-vehicle rollover crash in north-central Carter County, reports Fox 25 OKC.
The incident occurred shortly after 7:30 a.m. along Foothill Road between US-77 and I-35. This is just north of Springer and about 85 miles southeast of Oklahoma City.
Police say that for unknown reasons, Averiee Osmundson lost control of her vehicle, left Foothil Road, and overcorrected. Upon re-entry, the vehicle rolled, ejecting the unrestrained teen driver.
Osmundson succumbed to her injuries at the scene of the accident.
There were no additional occupants in the car at the time of the crash.
