Crews respond to injury crash involving semi on US-75 near Pine

TULSA, OK – Injuries have been reported in connection to a semi rollover that happened Monday afternoon along the highway in northeast Tulsa, reports News on 6.
Emergency crews responded to a solo crash around 3:30 p.m. on US-75 between East Pine Street and East Apache Street, which is near B.C. Franklin Park and Tulsa Community College.
Police say that for unknown reasons, an 18-wheeler carrying metal piping overturned, spilling materials across the highway.
While officials have referenced injuries, it’s not yet clear how many people were hurt. It’s also unclear if anyone required hospitalization.
Authorities closed both the north and southbound sides of US-75 in the area of the crash while crews worked to clear the debris. All lanes re-opened by around 5:30 p.m.
