Wreckers called to fiery two-car crash at NW 10th and Portland

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – No injuries have been reported so far in connection to a two-vehicle collision that happened Friday in west-central Oklahoma City.
According to KOCO News 5, the accident occurred sometime before 9:20 a.m. at the intersection of Northwest 10th Street and Portland Avenue, which is just east of Meadowbrook Park and west of I-44.
Police haven’t yet determined the cause of the crash, which they say caused one of the two vehicles to overturn and catch fire. Airbags deployed in the overturned vehicle, and both vehicles sustained damage.
Tow trucks were deployed to remove both vehicles from the scene.
Nobody involved in the accident appears to have been hurt. Drivers likely faced delays in the area of 10th and Portland while crews worked to douse the fire and clear the scene.
