Truck, motorcycle collide at 5th and Sunnylane, injuring 1

MOORE, OK – Emergency teams responded to an injury crash involving a motorcycle Thursday morning on the east side of Moore, reports OKC Fox 25.
The two-vehicle accident occurred around 6 a.m. in the area of Southeast 4th Street and Sunnylane Road, which is just northwest of Janko.
While police haven’t shared many details, they say that a truck and a motorcycle collided and that the bike caught fire.
Medics transported the motorcyclist to an area hospital with a leg injury. His injuries are not expected to be life-threatening.
It’s unclear if the driver of the truck sustained injuries in the accident.
Officials urged motorists to avoid the area of 4th and Sunnylane while crews assisted the victims and worked to clear the scene.
