Man, 79, killed in two-vehicle crash in Seminole County

SEMINOLE COUNTY, OK – A 79-year-old man was killed as a result of a two-vehicle collision that happened in Seminole County on Wednesday, OKCFOX said.
Preliminary details showed that the 79-year-old male driver turned in front of another vehicle at the intersection of 3610 Road and State Highway 59, which caused the two vehicles to collide.
Oklahoma Highway Patrol said the other driver did what they could to prevent a collision. That driver was spared from injuries, and the passenger of the 79-year-old man was left with unspecified injuries.
The 79-year-old man died and has since been identified as James E. Tynes, from Newalla.
