Woman, 22, killed in head-on crash in Sand Springs

SAND SPRINGS, OK – A 22-year-old woman from Tulsa was killed in a head-on crash that occurred in Sand Springs on Wednesday.
According to Newson6, the 22-year-old female driver collided head-on with another vehicle on the 7700th block of West Avery Drive. The young woman succumbed to her injuries. She has since been identified as Emerald Rose Boese.
The other driver, a teen, and their three passengers, also teens, sustained minor injuries, according to a statement put out by Berryhill Public Schools, their school district.
