Male driver killed, passenger injured in rollover crash in Locust Grove

LOCUST GROVE, OK – A 29-year-old male driver was killed and his passenger was injured in a rollover crash that happened on the outskirts of Locust Grove on Wednesday.
Oklahoma Highway Patrol told Fox23 that the single-vehicle crash happened on Highway 412 West Alternate near Skyline Drive. Preliminary details show that the driver left his lane, overcorrected, went over the center line again, and overcorrected before crashing into a fence.
The car overturned after coming into contact with the fence, and the driver died from his injuries. His passenger was leftwith unspecified injuries.
Oklahoma Highway Patrol has since identified the driver as Christopher Davidson, from Pryor.
Davidson and his passenger did not wear seatbelts.
