2 lives claimed in car-train collision near Minco

NEAR MINCO, OK – Two lives were claimed in a car-train collision that took place near Minco, reported before 1 p.m. on Friday on County Road 1200, KOCO said.
Preliminary details show that the driver of the red car did not yield to the Union Pacific train at the railroad crossing, causing them to collide.
Despite wearing seatbelts, the driver and passenger died from their injuries.
The driver was identified as 65-year-old Terry Schritter, from Oklahoma City, and the passenger as Ernie Schritter.
