1 killed, 1 hurt in UTV rollover crash in Stonewall

STONEWALL, OK – A UTV driver died and a UTV passenger was injured in a rollover crash on County Road 3360 last Tuesday, March 17, KTEN said.

According to preliminary details from the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, the crash happened after midnight. For reasons unclear, the driver drifted off the road, which led to the UTV overturning three to four times.

The impact of the rollover crash trapped the driver.

Fire crews extricated the UTV operator before transporting him to Mercy Hospital in Ada. There, he died from his injuries. OHP has identified him as Lonnie Conlee and the passenger as Chance Griffin.

Griffin was injured, but his physical condition has not been made clear.
