BRYAN COUNTY, OK – A 38-year-old woman from Caddo may face 30 years in prison in connection with a crash that killed a pregnant mother and her unborn baby, KTEN reports.
The Caddo woman, Marissa Dill, may face this long sentence after pleading guilty in court in this week for a crash that killed a woman and her baby. Dill was charged with two counts of assault resulting in serious bodily injury, one count of involuntary manslaughter, and one count of involuntary manslaughter of an unborn child.
Preliminary details show that in May of 2025, Dill was driving on Highway 70 when she drifted out of her lane and into the opposite lane of traffic and collided head-on with another car.
The passenger in that car, pregnant Olivia Rodriguez from Bonham, Texas, and her unborn child died. A 2-year-old toddler, who traveled with Rodriguez, was left with unspecified injuries.
