44-year-old woman’s life claimed in North Tulsa pedestrian-car crash

NORTH TULSA, OK – A 44-year-old woman was killed in a pedestrian-car crash in North Tulsa on Saturday, Fox23 said.
The incident occurred before 3:30 p.m. on the southbound L.L. Tisdale Parkway near East Apache Street. The woman, later identified as Crystal Large, came from behind yellow barrels and concrete barriers and walked into oncoming traffic and was struck by a southbound black Toyota Camry.
Large fell to the floor and was declared dead at the scene by paramedics.
Police said the Toyota driver stayed at the scene and was not arrested.
TPD’s Advanced Traffic Investigators are working to determine the cause of the crash.
