Multiple vehicles involved in rollover, pileup on I-240 in OKC

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – As many five vehicles needed to be towed from the scene following a rollover and pileup crash on I-240 near Eastern Avenue on Tuesday morning.

KOCO reports that the multi-vehicle crash happened sometime before 9 a.m. yesterday.

Helicopter footage of the scene showed one car overturned and three others slammed up against a jersey barrier.

The crash backed up westbound traffic for about two hours.

We do not know the nature or extent of any injuries. We will provide updates as possible.
