Ambulance responds to multi-vehicle crash at SE 74th, Midwest

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – Injuries have been reported in connection to a motorcycle accident that happened Friday near Tinker Air Force Base, reports KOCO News 5.
The collision occurred sometime before 9 a.m. in the area of Southeast 74th Street and Midwest Boulevard, which is just north of I-240 and east of Mercy Rehabilitation Hospital.
Police haven’t yet commented on the cause of the crash, which they say involved multiple vehicles. Wreckers responded to the scene to tow away damaged vehicles.
Bystanders at the scene observed a motorcyclist being loaded into an ambulance; the severity of the victim’s injuries is unknown.
Drivers likely experienced delays in the area of 74th and Midwest while emergency crews worked at the scene.
