At least 1 injured in crash on I-40 in SW OKC

SOUTHEAST OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – At least one person was injured in a crash on Interstate 40 West in Southeast Oklahoma City on Tuesday.

The collision happened on the westbound lanes between Anderson Road and Westminster Road, and police shut the area down for nearly two hours before reopening all lanes, Koco5 said.

Police have not specified the extent of injuries, listed the number of people and vehicles involved, or confirmed the cause of the crash.
