Car collides with CMV on OK-33 near Kingfisher, killing teen

KINGFISHER CO., OK – A 19-year-old man sustained fatal injuries Wednesday in a two-vehicle crash along the highway in south-central Kingfisher County.
According to OKC Fox 25, the accident happened around 1 p.m. in the area of OK-33 and North 2820 Road, which is just west of Kingfisher and about 50 miles northwest of Oklahoma City.
Police say that a passenger vehicle and commercial motor vehicle collided. They’ve not yet specified the cause of the crash or the manner in which the two vehicles impacted.
The unrestrained driver of the passenger vehicle, identified as Kaleb Parsons, died at the scene.
The driver of the CMV, identified as 27-year-old Matthew Waguespack, sustained injuries of unknown severity. It’s unclear if Waguespack required hospitalization.
