Child hurt in auto-pedestrian crash at Norman Primary School

NORMAN, OK – Emergency crews responded to a pedestrian crash involving a child on the west side of Norman Tuesday morning, reports KOCO News 5.
The accident occurred at Truman Primary, which is located at 601 Meadow Ridge Road. This is northwest of Lions Memorial Park and Sooner Mall.
Police say that a vehicle in the drop-off line for the school struck a four-year-old.
The four-year-old did not lose consciousness but did require hospitalization for non-life-threatening injuries.
The driver involved in the collision stopped to render aid and to speak with police.
No charges have been filed at this time.
