Collision blocks lane on I-35 in Oklahoma City

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – Authorities in South Oklahoma City responded to a multi-vehicle collision along Interstate 35 early Tuesday morning.

According to the official Twitter page of the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, the crash occurred shortly before 8:00 a.m. within the northbound lanes of I-35 near Southwest 25th Street.

Details regarding what may have caused the crash or whether anyone was hurt as a result have yet to be released. Officials were forced to shut down the center lane for a few hours, causing significant delays for commuters in Oklahoma City throughout Tuesday morning.
