Crews respond to semi rollover at I-240 WB ramp to I-35 SB

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – A rollover accident involving an 18-wheeler blocked a major ramp Wednesday morning in southeast Oklahoma City, reports KOCO News 5.

The crash occurred sometime before 7 a.m. along the westbound off-ramp from I-240 to I-35 southbound. This is just east of the Walmart Supercenter and north of Blazers Ice Center.

Authorities haven’t yet commented on the cause of the accident, nor is it clear if other vehicles were involved. Photos taken at the scene depict a semi-truck rolled onto its side along the roadway.

There’s no word yet regarding injuries.

The crash did not cause significant traffic delays.

A full investigation is underway.
