Crop-duster crashes in E Oklahoma, killing pilot

DUSTIN, OK – The pilot of a small crop-duster died Friday after the plane crashed in eastern Oklahoma, about 80 miles from Oklahoma City, according to Ponca City Now.

The unidentified victim, operating a single-engine Cessna T188, crashed into a wooded area of Dustin reportedly not long after the plane had taken off.

There is no information at this time regarding the cause of the accident.

The Federal Aviation Administration and the National Transportation Safety Board are currently investigating the crash.
