Cyclist hit, injured by car on NW 36th St in NW Oklahoma City

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK — One person was hospitalized Sunday night after being hit by a vehicle while riding a bike in northwest Oklahoma City’s Windsor Hills area, reports News9.
The incident took place near Northwest 36th Street and North Meridian Avenue.
It was unclear what caused the wreck or how many vehicles were involved, but Oklahoma City Police said the rider was taken to a local hospital. No updates on the patient’s condition have been released.
At least one driver remained at the scene and cooperated with authorities. As of this writing, no arrests or pending charges have been reported.
An investigation remains underway.
