Cyclist in critical condition after hit-and-run accident in Oklahoma City

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK. – A cyclist is in critical condition after he was hit by a vehicle near N.W. 10th Street and MacArthur on Thursday morning. According to Oklahoma’s News 4, the victim was hit by an as-yet-unidentified vehicle at around 12:30 a.m. A bystander called 911 after discovering the victim. Whoever was responsible for the collision had fled the scene.

The cyclist was taken to the hospital in critical condition and suffering from severe head trauma.

The crash is currently under investigation and authorities urge anyone with any information about the accident to contact the police right away.
