Driver crashes after attempting to evade police

TULSA, OK – A motorist was transported to the hospital after crashing into another vehicle while attempting to flee from police Tuesday night.

According to News on 6, Police were attempting to pull the suspect over for allegedly driving while intoxicated when they sped up in an attempt to get away. The driver then collided with a vehicle near the intersection of Harvard Avenue and 51st Street shortly after.

The driver was transported to a local hosptial, their condition remains unknown at this time.
