Driver dies after car overturns, crashes in Wagoner Co.

WAGONER COUNTY, OK – A driver died after their car overturned and crashed into a ditch Thursday morning, Fox23 reports.

Preliminary details show that the driver was traveling east on State Highway 51B when they veered off their lane and crashed into an embankment. They then crossed into South 461 East Avenue. Their car overturned and crashed into the ditch.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol said the motorist succumbed to their injuries at the scene. OHP is actively working to determine the exact cause of the collision.
