Driver flees after crashing into southwest OKC home

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – Officials with the Oklahoma City Police Department are searching for the driver who collided with a residence and fled the scene Wednesday morning.
According to KFOR, the incident happened near the intersection of 44th Street and South Agnew Avenue at about 4:30 a.m. Witnesses say they heard a loud bang when the driver struck a fence and then careened into the residence.
By the time police arrived on the scene, the driver had already fled.
Luckily, the homeowner was not injured in the crash.
Firefighters were able to stabilize the house, preventing it from collapsing.
