Driver Pronounced Dead After Crash

A person died following a crash, a March 11 article of Oklahoma’s News 4 reported.

The incident happened on MacArthur near Camp Road, around 9:44 PM Tuesday. 36-year-old Jerry Avey lost control of his vehicle, went off the road to the left, hit a tree, overturned, then came to a rest flipped over. He was pronounced deceased at the scene. Investigations are ongoing.
