Drunk Father Injured And Hospitalized After Crash

A drunk father was arrested after crashing his car, endangering his daughter, a February 17 article of News On 6 reported.

The incident happened on North Kelley Avenue near Britton Road, Monday night. 39-year-old Kochese Smith was driving his SUV when it flipped over and landed next to a power pole. He and his daughter luckily survived the crash with only minor injuries. However, he was found to be so intoxicated that he didn’t realize that he crashed his vehicle. He was sent to the hospital and was jailed for charges of driving under the influence and child endangerment.
