Edmond PD responds to vehicle accident on W. Edmond Road

EDMOND, OK – Edmond police were called to the scene of a vehicle accident that occurred on West Edmond Road on Friday.

According to KOCO, it appears that a driver had lost control of their vehicle and crashed into a tree. The vehicle sustained significant damage, and police had to shut down Edmond Road along Kelly Avenue to allow for the scene clean-up process and investigation.

All lanes have reopened since. No injuries were reported, and police have not confirmed what caused the driver to lose control of their vehicle.
