Fatal accident reported on Interstate 40

CADDO COUNTY, OK – An accident on Interstate 40 eastbound left at least one person dead on Nov. 9.

Oklahoma Highway Patrol confirmed the incident in Caddo County happened between Highway 58 and Highway 281.

According to News 9, information about the deceased and any other injured parties is currently unknown.
