Fatal hit-and-run collision reported near White City

TULSA, OK – According to KTUL, a woman was killed in a hit-and-run collision at Admiral Blvd and South Yale Ave on Tuesday.
Mary Byers, a 911 dispatcher, was killed around 9:15 p.m. Police used K9 units and helicopters to locate the suspect, Cody Carrell, 27. Carrell turned himself into authorities sometime Wednesday afternoon.
The cause of the car crash is unclear at this time.
