Fatal semi-truck crash reported on US 69

STRINGTOWN, OK – A man lost their life following a semi-truck accident on US 69 north of Stringtown Monday, KIII reports.

Leroy Johnson, Medical Examiner, pronounced the driver, Adelbert Bellinger, 62, dead at the scene of the accident around 9 p.m. Johnson had Brown’s Funeral Home transport Bellinger”s body to his office in Oklahoma City.

Troopers are investigating the cause of the accident.
